Weaving Viewpoint

Weaving Viewpoint is a contemporary art exhibition that is a part of the Korea Festival 2014. It explores the value of multiple perspectives, re-interpretation of works, diverse explorations, new paradigms of cultural scenes, as well as mutual aesthetic communications between the artists and the viewers. This leads to a different manner of viewing new contemporary art.

As part of this exhibition, various artists, musicians, performers and a printmaker have come together to reflect multiple viewpoints by shifting paradigms, and crossing artistic boundaries between contemporary society and culture. Weaving Viewpoint showcases mutual exchanges between Singaporean and Korean artists in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of ASEAN-Korea Dialogue Relations and the upcoming ASEAN-Korea Commemorative Summit in Busan, Korea, in December this year. It is a partner program of the Korea Festival 2014 in Singapore.

This exhibition is proudly supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Korea), the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, and the National Arts Council in Singapore.
